TASK FORCE 115
-Delta Squad-

Guidelines

1 - Playing together.

We are only a squad if we meet and play together. I will only keep people that are able to play with the other members of the Squad.
Good team members will be rewarded.

2 - Independence.

You have a brain - Use it. If you don't agree with an order, state your case.
You must be able to be self-sufficient on the field. Every member of TF115-DeltaSquad must be able to hold ground on his/her own.

3 - Strike quick - Strike true.

When on a mission, we come fast and we come hard. We go quickly and leave quickly with a trail of bodies behind.
Being fast is more than adding points to your agi., it's a philosophy.

4 - Your Squad before everything.

We go in together, and we come back together. Every member is responsible for the safety of the Squad. Nobody stays behind.
If someone has to be the last one to leave the scene, that person is your Sgt.
Know what your Squad members use as weapons and ammo. Offer them the stuff they need, they will do the same for you.

5 - We are a fighting unit.

There is no place in Delta Squad for the development of officers. That is not our goal.
We want to be the most elite team on the field, and the field is our home.
Promotions in Delta Squad are given according to your abilities on the field, and your character.
They take time.

6 - Once a Delta, always a Delta.

Once a Delta Squad member, always a Delta Squad member.
The only exceptions are members that were kicked of the squad.
Make us proud. Be an example to other players, other Squads, other Clans.

7 - Stick to plans.

They exist for the benefit of all. Only in very extreme cases can these be ignored.
Missions are named, planned, and followed. Every mission must have a small written report at the end.
Let us make our gaming experience more interesting, shall we?
Inprovised missions are considered training runs (otherwise known as R&R).
OA's should be played between Squad or Clan members, otherwise they are considered vaccation time.

8 - Follow orders, respect your superiors, honor the clan.

We are not sheep, but we are at all times respectfull of the chain of command, and any orders given to us.
Enough said.

9 - Learn, evolve, keep moving.

Learn from your mistakes, talk about them. Change. See how other players play the game, help them.
From time to time play MP games with others outside the clan and use that opportunity to learn.
Do not advertise the squad. We don't need it - that is below us.
We are living, breathing advertisements of ourselves.

10 - Got an attitude? Great, join us.

We all got attitudes, and they are more than welcomed, but on the field we put them aside and become a team.
We go in, we kill, we go out and live to tell the tale.
